We want to temper 1/8” thick glass (clear, light grey, & dark grey) no low E glass, to D.O.T. standards.

Sizes range from 6” X 6” to 48” X 72” max. in very small quantities.

Ceramic rollers (v/s an iron belt design)

If possible we would like an oven that moves the glass back and forth in the heat zone to shorten the floor space requirement of the equipment.

The oven will be turned on/off 3-5 days a week for 4-5 hour running times.
